Floats and inner tubes provided. Please handle with care. If popped, a replacement fee of $20 will be added to booking. And a small basket of pool friendly toys for little ones is provided.

Towels provided for each guest in the booking. Please leave used towels on hooks in pool area. Please do not drape on the fence.

Grill

Gravity fed Charcoal Grill. Once charcoal is gone, it will gradually stop heating. Please don’t adjust settings. Message host if you have questions. Thanks!

Pool will be heated if booking is made at least the day before. ***Heater won’t be available for a few weeks. Waiting for a part to come in. 3/31***

Restroom

Please use runner and try to dry off as much as possible before entering basement. Items in basement are not available for use. Please only access bathroom and wipe up floor for safety. Shower is not included for use.
