Swim, lounge, and celebrate in this private backyard oasis featuring: • A luxurious pool • A large hot tub to melt into thermal bliss • A screened-in porch with dining for 15, outdoor TV, and plenty of room to relax • An outdoor shower and your choice of a private tent toilet or indoor bathroom access • Garden badminton • Smoker/grill and floating dock available upon request (additional fee) • Pool toys, noodles, infant float, volleyball and basketball nets Perfect for floating peacefully, hosting brunch, grilling out, or throwing a kids’ birthday party. Let us know if you’re celebrating something special — we love making your visit extra memorable! Note: Confetti is not allowed. ⸻ 🚗 Arrival & Parking When you arrive, please park in the driveway only — up to 6 vehicles maximum, regardless of group size. No street or lawn parking is allowed. There are several steps near the porch area, so please watch your step and consider walking around through the grass to reach the pool if you’d like to avoid steps. You may also enter through the screened porch at the end of the driveway. To protect your time and ours, we cannot offer free extensions for late arrivals — please plan accordingly! ⸻ 📋 House Rules & Safety Guidelines • Must be 21+ to book • All guests must be listed in the reservation • No more than 6 vehicles total on the property • Arrive and exit on time — late stays may incur additional charges • Used towels: Place on the light gray chair on the porch when you’re done • Furniture: feel free to reposition how you’d like and ask us if you need help. There are wheels on the black chairs. Fold up the gray chairs to move and lock in place once set back up. • No glass near the pool or hot tub • Children not fully potty-trained must wear swim diapers • No diving, or rough play • Floaties/life vests required for non-swimmers • Dry off before entering the porch or indoor areas to prevent slips • Only soft/inflatable pool toys — …
