Welcome to Camp Coco...the perfect oasis to swim, relax and leave your worries behind. Featuring a 38,000 gallon in ground pool, hot tub, koi pond, fire pit and chicken coop! The pool sits toward the back of the spacious fenced in yard, giving guests seclusion and gets full sunlight throughout the day. At the shallow end a spacious paver patio features ample seating and a huge umbrella for those looking for some shade while also enjoying the view of the pool. The shallow end is 3.5 feet and gradually slopes to 10 feet at the deep end, allowing space for everyone to enjoy. The pool / backyard are very family friendly with a playhouse / swingset, tree swing, floats and ladderball! Near the house you will find a large deck with outdoor dining and a built in bench. On one side of the deck, there is a large stone patio which features a firepit and koi pond and on the other side a hot tub and chicken coop! Bring your own food / beverages or order delivery from the many restaurants nearby. Guests have access to a cute porta potty, which is cleaned between each booking.
