About the pool
Very Private Sport Pool, Basketball, Volleyball, Under Roof Table for 10, and seating for 14 under the Lanai. Spa for 9, Additional seating around the Fire pit for 6-8, Chipping Green. Our Screen is 40 threads X 40 so only 20% of the sun rays get through the screen making it much cooler than Normal. Pool bathroom accessible from the lanai. Plenty of Parking and access is easy with a handicap ramp. 6 burner gas grill and pellet smoker are available for use in the outdoor kitchen. Smokeless fire Pit, 65" Hi Def TV, Adjustable LED lighting, Projector, WFI Speakers are available upon request. The Entire Screened enclosure is surrounded by a Butterfly Garden.
