Pool is located in a private residential setting on 2 acre wooded lot. Night swimming available. Enjoy the firepit. Play basketball on the driveway. Badminton can be played on nearby lawn. Charcoal and gas grills available. Outdoor rustic hot shower available. New, spotlessly clean porta-potty for guest use (serviced weekly and cleaned daily). This is an excellent atmosphere for families. Pool size is approximately 20 feet wide by 40 feet long. Deep end is approximately 8.5 feet deep. Thank you for considering our pool! If the pool is not available during the time you would like to use it, please send us a message and we may be able to accommodate if not booked by other guests. Property is professionally treated for mosquitos and ticks by the Tick Ranger company. Pool is heated to a minimum of 80 degrees F - please message us if you would like the current temperature (thermometer is also in the water hanging from the stairs at the deep end). Amenities included with rental: Exclusive use of pool and fenced in pool area, chairs/tables/umbrellas in sitting area, gas and/or charcoal grill, firepit with wood supply, cooler (without ice), towels (please leave in pool area after use), cold drinking water, sunscreen, outdoor rustic shower under our porch, basketball, and badminton. Porta-potty for your bathroom use. Wi-Fi available. Not included in the rental is a deck and screened-in porch attached to our house that is available for an additional $40/hr. The porch has seating for 6 people, and the deck has a table that seats 4 (no umbrella, in the full sun). All house windows facing pool with have shades drawn during your booking time.
