Splash! Club

Grand Opening on July 4th! Join the Splash! Club, a pool for all seasons and occasions. You will love the cozy tropical setting best for small family and friend gatherings, reunions, bridal and baby showers, spa day (book a facial), wellness escapes, and company retreats. The pool, approx 10'x12', features a Grotto with Waterfall, Hot Tub, Lounge Ledge (9" deep), and a maximum depth of 6'. The lush landscaping, with mature queen palms, stunning sago palms, and giant bird of paradise will transport you to a tropical island far far away. The rustic covered patio with twinkling patio lights is an historic feature of this home, the flooring complete with 1000 year old native rocks (installed 125 yrs ago, I really don't know the age of these mountain boulders!). In addition to shade, the patio offers a table set that seats 6+, 2 cushioned club chairs, a cushioned love seat, patio umbrella, Weber gas grill, basket of towels, patio cooler on wheels (20lb bag of ice offered at a premium,). Folding chairs and marble like tray tables are offered for a premium as well. Also an outdoor utility sink that runs cold water with handheld sprayer is perfect for quick clean-ups, rinsing, or a quick cold shower, soaps included. Restroom and changing area are located in the main house. House access is up a short staircase, as shown in the pictures. You will enter the pool area via an easement alley, described upon booking, and will park in the gravel parking area behind the pool area. See you soon and enjoy your day! Becky
