Backyard lounge oasis paradise

Hi we rent our outdoor space and pool for a swim ,events and small gatherings These are our rules Count An exact headcount is required as confirmed on the reservation acess The event is limited to backyard area inside the property yard There is always alot of street parking please do not block anyone driveway and trash All trash must be placed in the garbage bin and recyclable in the recycling bin The area must be cleaned up by the end of your reservation time . use No glass ,or food inside the pool or pool area ,please dry using the basement bathroom. and music Must be kept at a reasonable volume it doesn't disturb neighbors If you rent the speakers please) Can be attached with strings only no tape is allowed Your reservation includes setup and cleanup time The person who made the reservation is responsible for ensuring everyone follows the rules . area for the children Please ensure children are always supervised to ensure no injuries occurs outdoor grills are allowed ,the island kitchen is available to rent with a mini fridge , are allowed or we have avaliable for rent
