General Rules No lifeguard — swim at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times. No food allowed in the pool or hot tub. No glass containers near the water — cans/plastic only. Music volume must be respectful. (Outdoor TV + speakers available) No smoking or vaping on the property. Maximum 2 dogs allowed ($10 per dog, must clean up after them). Trampoline is available with a fee (use with caution) Clean up after yourself. guests are expected to remove trash and personal items.
