Enter through the 6 ft double gate in front and you’ll find almost 2000 sq ft of lush, sun-dappled space with grotto water fountain for playdates, family park days, romantic picnics, private dog retreats, kids’ parties, baby showers, other custom events. This listing includes both the main yard and hot tub patio. Please enjoy the treehouse, playhouse, climbing tree, rope course, patio furniture, Bluetooth speaker, versatile nighttime lighting options (custom/colorful) lighting on request), fire feature, babbling waterfall grotto, too many optional features to list all (wedding arch, ping pong table, inflatable pool, ball pit, gaga ball pit, slackline obstacle course, etc.) If there’s something you’d like, please inquire! It’s a quiet neighborhood, but you can see and hear occasional passersby through the peekaboo fence in main yard. Redwood fence is designed for privacy and provides a secure perimeter for dogs, large or small. A pebbled side path leads you through a side gate and into the intimate hot tub patio space with 5+foot redwood fences, 8+ person Jacuzzi, outdoor shower, nighttime lighting, new 6-burner grill and fire feature with seating area. Jacuzzi (heated to 103 unless otherwise requested) includes foot massage jets and small built-in waterfall feature with colorful lighting. Please enjoy outdoor shower with detachable shower head. Bath products, dog shampoo and towels on request. Restrooms are located indoors, but in the unusual event that residents are not on the premises, will not be available.
