About the home

Guest House named Beach House do to its swimming pool being double sized. Beach house has its own driveway leading to Beach House front patio with multiple lounging areas with theater seats, a large table for 8 with board games, a cantina for drink prepping, a freestanding large popcorn machine & a wireless bluetooth speaker on coasters which can be moved to pool side yard as well. Inside Beach House you have a full kitchen stove, fridge, breakfast bar next to living room with t.v and 3 theater couches. Has a queen size bed followed by the bathroom with a walk in shower. Pool side has multiple chill spots, large deep area as deep as 9 ft. Shallow area is large and perfect for volleyball games. The pool’s large size is perfect for a fun & competitive game of marco polo. It is a chlorine pool which levels are carefully maintained daily for a fresh experience which is why we ask that you and your guests please use the restroom when needing to pee. No peeing in the pool please.

Pool house

The pool house best known as Beach House has a full kitchen with stove/oven, fridge/freezer, big screen t.v. Queen size bed, 3 theater seats, sleigh bench & full bathroom. The t.v is on a coaster stand which can be moved to the pool side (moved by host only) for a pool theater experience.
