This backyard was thoughtfully designed for comfort, safety, and relaxation. The private saltwater pool is 30’ x 18’ with a maximum depth of 5 feet, making it ideal for both adults and families. The pool connects seamlessly to a built-in 9’ x 9’ spa, allowing easy movement between the pool and spa without leaving the water. The spa is 4 feet deep and comfortably seats up to 10 guests. Families love the shallow lounging areas: • Shamu Shelf: 9’ x 9’, 1’ deep, perfect for babies and toddlers • Vegas Shelf: 9’ x 12’, 3’ deep, great for lounging and cooling off The saltwater pool and spa are heated during the winter months for year-round enjoyment. A large covered gazebo provides a comfortable place to relax and gather. The gazebo includes heaters during the winter and fans in the summer. There are 10 lounge chairs surrounding the pool for sunbathing and relaxing. In the evenings, enjoy the wood-burning fire pit, perfect for cooler nights after swimming. Corn hole is also available on the grassy area for casual outdoor fun. Saltwater pools are often preferred over traditional chlorine pools because they are gentler on skin, eyes, and hair, have less odor, are more comfortable for children and sensitive skin, and leave skin feeling softer and less dry.
