Private, family-friendly in-ground pool in Bayswater North

Enjoy our private backyard swimming pool set in a clean, modern outdoor space including self Contained pool house. The area is ideal for families, casual swims, and relaxing afternoons, with plenty of space to sit back and unwind. Pool House includes fridge and TV, along with giant connect 4 game. Pool toys also included (assuming my kids haven’t popped them!) so I would suggest bring your own - happy to inflate for you once your here. Toilet is located in the house, easy access should it be needed. Pool Rules: - Children must be supervised at all times, no responsibility taken for injury while swimming. - No running on the tiled pool area. - No glass in or around the pool - responsible drinking welcome. - Keep noise to a reasonable level out of respect for neighbors. - babies must have swim nappies on. - Clean up after use, I will provide bins for rubbish. - Swim at your own risk, no responsibility is taken for injury while renting space. NOTE extras if required (charges additionally to pool fee) - Cubbies and tramp not included in rental fee, $10p/h extra should you want them. - Can also include NINJA slushy machine with cordial mix if wanted $10 p/h NOTE: Any damage to property will be charged direct to customer to repair.
