Our new backyard - often referred to by guests as a "resort" - features a brand new, shimmering, sapphire blue fiberglass pool - the largest fiberglass pool available! This heated, salt water pool has a large tanning ledge/wading area for children or relaxing in a chair, flat shallow section with dual basketball hoops for a friendly (or competitive!) game, a gentle slope down to an 8 foot deep end, and plenty of seats and benches, as well as a safety ledge around the whole pool. A raised patio wall houses 3 color changing LED waterfalls, which can be synced with the 5 LED pool lights. Beautiful stone patio pool surround, expansive concrete patio with plentiful seating in several different areas. You'll enjoy the large backyard for yard games, and an awesome composite playground for kids. Guests will have access to a large private bathroom/changing room. Large covered porch provides ample shade, where there are several tables and chairs for dining, snacking or relaxing in the shade. Two TVs and a mini fride are available for the porch area upon request. Finish the day with a rinse in the outdoor shower.
