Whether you’re looking to cool off with family, relax poolside, or host a fun puppy pool day, our backyard oasis is the perfect getaway. 🏐 Amenities * Private swimming pool * Bucket of balls included for poolside games * Outdoor seating and lounge area * Grill available with advance booking request 🚪 Access & Parking * Free street parking directly in front of the property * Easy, contactless entry through the designated side gate 📋 Pool Rules * 2-hour minimum booking required * Pets must remain within the fenced pool deck and immediate pool area * Leave the space in the same condition you found it * If patio furniture covers are removed, they must be replaced before departure * Please place all trash in the garbage can located beneath the deck * No diving * No glass containers permitted anywhere in the pool area * Children must be supervised at all times * No lifeguard is on duty 💰 Fees & Incidentals * Pet fee: $25 per pet, per booking * Pet waste left behind: $100 cleaning fee * Excess trash or litter left on the property: $50 cleaning fee * Glass found on the property or in the pool area: $200 fee ⚠️ Liability & Safety By booking and using the pool area, guests acknowledge that swimming and outdoor recreation involve inherent risks. Guests assume responsibility for themselves, their children, pets, and invitees, and agree to use the property at their own risk.
