We provide fresh towels, blankets, tableware, comfortable lounge chairs, complimentary Wi-Fi, a Bluetooth speaker, a BBQ grill, and a fully equipped outdoor cooking area with a stove. Keep your drinks chilled in the mini refrigerator, while large umbrellas provide plenty of shade on warm California days. You’ll also find pool floats, a tanning ledge, and plenty of space for relaxing, playing, or celebrating with family and friends. Your privacy matters to us. The backyard is completely private, and all house blinds remain closed during your visit. A dedicated private restroom is also available for your convenience. Please keep music at a respectful volume at all times. Loud music that disturbs neighbors is not permitted. In accordance with local noise regulations, quiet hours begin at 9:00 PM.
