Sunny Pool Hangout – BBQ, Shade, & Fun!

This private backyard, pool, and covered patio area offers everything you need for an unforgettable day with friends and family. Enjoy the crystal-clear pool, splash with friends, or chill out on the lounge chairs shaded under large umbrellas. The shallow area is perfect for little ones and the deep end for those who are confident in swimming. If you're looking to relax or sun bathe poolside, then enjoy the 2 lounge chairs. There is a large covered patio with two patio tables that sits 8- 12 guests to enjoy a break (bring extra chairs, theres pkanty of space). Enjoy free Wi-Fi and bump your top playlist (loud music allowed, but bring your own speaker). The party room is a human only area, so keep pets outdoors. There is a kitchenette and a mini fridge available to chill your favorite drinks - the AC is an add-on. In the mini fridge, the complimentary Popsicles are waiting to be enoyed. It also has a private bathroom—separate from the main home—means you’ll have both comfort and convenience throughout your stay. When you’re ready for a delicious meal, fire up the BBQ grill (add on). You're welcomed to bring your own food and drinks (just no in the pool). A fire pit is available to enjoy, but bring untreated wood to burn (add on). I also have a Smores Bundle with skewers and supplies (add on) to make funfilled memories. Alcohol and smoking are allowed, so you’re free to enjoy your favorite party traditions. Just no glass allowed anywhere in the backyard for safety reasons. Pets are welcomed. Please brush them before arriving and hose them down before they jump in.
