Private suite for the bridal party, mom-to-be, or guest of honor to get ready for their big day! Be mindful to only have 4-6 prep team members in the space at a time. This is not a public space. We ask that all exterior doors are closed quickly due to a/c & insects.

We show your rental provider where to setup, connect electrical (No water), and remain available for the pick up time after your party leaves for the day.

Crab Boil Pot + Propane

We love hosting Crab Boils. This option is a bit pricey because getting water to boil takes a few hours and needs supervision. We supply the water for cooking, propane, and 80qt pot equipment. You supply the ingredients!

Small propane grill available for use. Please turn on/off propane correctly during your visit.

We have folding tables and chairs available to rent. 8’ rectangular table & 8 chairs per rental price. Give us a heads up of how many you’ll need.

Need some help from us before your guests arrive to set up your own decor? Not a problem! All we ask is that this time is used for party prep only; no guests in pool & no unsupervised children. Please leave property clean of all party decor before booking period ends. Thank you!
