Pool will be heated to at least 85 degrees. Additional heating upon request once weather is cooler.

Excessive Cleanup

You are expected to return our property back to the condition it was when you arrived. This charge will be added to all bookings of 15 or more people and can be fully refunded when previous condition has been restored. Conditions such as: excessive water left on indoor floors, broken glass, excessive trash cleanup or other broken rules or mess left will invoke this charge. To avoid this charge, do a thorough inspection of property before leaving with your host to be sure is is left in good condition.
