Cozy Neighborhood Sauna + Cold Plunge

A cozy Finnish-inspired backyard sauna and cold plunge space tucked into a quiet Milwaukie neighborhood, just 10 minutes from Portland. Surrounded by a garden, it’s a place to move between hot and cold, lounge outside, and hang out with friends. Enjoy a traditional Finnish cedar sauna with birch-scented steam, two cold plunges kept at 40° and 50°, hot and cold outdoor showers, two fire pits, and plenty of space to stretch out in a sun chair or relax between rounds. A covered pergola provides shade from the rainy days. Parking is easy, with space right in front of the entrance. Check in through our cozy lounge building, where you’ll find coffee and tea, an indoor locker room with lockers, a bathroom, and two indoor showers. It’s a private little escape designed for gathering with friends, getting outside, and spending a couple hours feeling really good.
